I do want you to get the surgery but I don't want you to do anything drastic just to get under the knife. I'm going to see if I can find an appetite suppressant. Eat something heavy mid day so your not so hungry at night

It's something you work at daily. If you over eat....log it. Believe me I hate doing but it lets me know where I strayed. I figured out I take in more calories and want empty calories around the evening. So now I have to figure out better meals around that time.

I started to keep candy in one oz containers. I began last week Whn I seen 600 calories in a hersey bar. Thts two healthy meals.
