  • Thanks very motivational post. I'm more of a daily candy person Whn it comes to cheating. I can do cheat meals here and there but eventually I'm like forget it.

  • I'll motivate you. Try not to skip meals. Its so much easier to say thn do. I skip meals. Whn your supposed to snack healthy all day to keep from eating fast food or etc.

  • Ohh I binge so it's hard for me to eat what I like and stop. Then go back to eating bland.
  • Veggies bland food etc... I eat just most of it don't taste good like salads... Ugh I hate salad now.
  • If you bring your own healthy food and eat your own food every two hours and stay full off of those you might stay away. I completely understand you situation.

  • Plan meals for on the go. Keep healthy snack. You'll figure out what you like n don't like. I make my own juice. I take note of which ones are giving energy.
