You can do it! Remember that nothing worth doing is ever easy. Take it one day at a time. Keep a food diary, drink a glass of water before each meal and make it a priority to do at least 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week. Me too! I have been down this weight loss road two years ago and lost 62 lbs. I am back on track as of today and already am very focused and motivated to lose this weight! Maybe we can stay accountable by motivating one another. :smiley:
