Similar to that - I like saltine crackers and hot chocolate. I also like plain M&Ms with popcorn. :-)

I did the calculations and for those of us on Weight Watchers - these are only 2 (2.3 really) points each!

It's just a guess...but egg substitute is typically just egg whites - so I would try using the equivalent in egg whites. Good luck!! I can't wait to try these!

I want to thank everyone for all of their comments. I'm enjoying doing both. Although fruit is considered "free" on WW they do still tell you not to over eat them. Just because something is "free" doesn't mean you can eat a million of them. That being said, since I started WW I've eaten a lot more fruit which has kept me…

Every little bit counts!!! Short 5 min walk everyday will turn into longer 10 min walks, then more and more. We're here to support you! :-) All the best to you!!!! Lulu

I fall into the "Good weight, just too short" category, myself. ;-)

I don't have the major weight loss, yet. But, I'm very interesting in reading the responses. :-)

That is truly awesome! Congratulations!!!

If you have started drinking diet drinks - that can cause the gas, as well.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Fight Club and Shawshank Redemption. Gosh, I sound like a guy, don't I???
-
You can do it! With support, you may lose enough wait during that waiting period that you won't even need to consider surgery!! :-) Would love to be MFP friends with you. Feel free to add!

I'm having a terrible time finding the noodles. Substitute suggestions???

Spices have been a big help, particularly when eating blander "diet" foods. I love the Lean Cuisine pizzas - even better when you add red pepper flakes. My favorite is the Smart Ones Santa Fe Rice and Beans - with added SALSA!! :-) Of course those are work meals. At home, adding spices to just about anything helps!…

I agree with Mguilmot - start over. Start fresh. :-) We've all been there and in my experience, if I stopped doing what I was doing, I gained more wait, which got me less motivated. Just let today go and tomorrow, start anew!! All the best to you!

I would have never known you were the same person! Awesome! Great job!

Fantastic!! :-)

Good luck to you!!! :-) You can do it!

Awesome and inspiring! Great job!

Welcome! I'm 10 years past you and have tried again and again to lose. This website/Android app has been a HUGE help! There is a great community of support on here. :-) Feel free to friend me if you'd like to add me to your list of supporters! Lisa

I like cooking chicken (cut into pieces/chunks, though, not ground chicken) in the marinara sauce - add whatever veggies you like to it and serving it over whole wheat pasta. :-) It's yummy.

I get on the scale daily - but log my weight only once a week. (Thursday mornings).
-
Very inspiring! YAY!

Strangely enough, posting my daily food intake and "chatting" with a bunch of strangers (now friends) on MFP, has helped to keep me going. :-)
-
THAT IS AWESOME! I hope to share that same story down the line with you all someday! :-)

I have been given this suggestion, regarding water, more than once. Take your total weight - divide it by 2 - that's how many ounces of water a day you should have. So, if you weight 200 lbs - divide by two - 100 ounces of water. I've been going by that rule of thumb instead of 8 glasses.

Green apple slices and peanut butter!!!! A very well rounded, good for you, snack!!
-
Love my peanut butter! No alternatives for me, please. ;-)
