  • I will let others critique your calorie goals/weight loss problem. As for being hungry after your first meal of the day, I had this problem. I found that if I load up on carbs in the morning for my first meal I dont try to eat everything in sight. I eat a mini bagel or piece of toast to get the carbs up.

  • I love celery for a mindless road snack. If you forget to bring some with you you can get a prewashed pack at any grocery store.
  • My mom has severe Chron's and made the switch to an anti-inflamitory paleo based diet a couple years ago and has had great success. Its basically the same thing as FODMAP but minor changes.
