Working on my heavy lifting now while at a deficit and can tell a huge difference in my arms from Day 1 to Day 60! Sorry they're not at the same angle. I love lifting now!

April, I have been running a mile to warm up and then do a combination of weights (dumbells and barbell), machines, and crunches, reverse crunches, squats, lunges, and side leg lifts. I think they key for me has been breaking it up, but having a predictable amount of calories that I burn each day.

Unfortunately the few times I've used protein powder, it's really messed with my son's (he is breastfed) tummy. Forgot to mention that, but thanks for the suggestion.
