Just wanted to share that I started "carb cycling" in hopes of reaching my goal faster. So far it isn't too bad. my low carb day, I've enjoyed cauliflower, carrots, broccoli mix with chicken for dinner and had tuna for lunch. Breakfast eggs and fruit along with snacks. On my high carb day I had my favorite cereal!! Yeah!!!…
