If you want to exercise I would suggest starting off with those steady runs. Then maybe after establishing a good aerobic base you can start doing those sprints and even lifting! At the end of the day just do what makes you feel good and satisfied.

I use muscle pharm creatine and so far so good. My 1 rep max for bench, power clean, and squat have gone up 10-20 pounds within a 3 month period.
