Get the Nike Training Club app, it has workouts from 15-45+ minutes that focus on different areas that you rotate.

If you want to do both do weights first then cardio. Although it seems that it doesnt, weight training works your body just as much as cardio without feeling as tired. That way you still have the energy to do cardio after youve done weights.

My strength training is mainly to up my weights too, but I try to combine as much as possible in one excersise.

Playing basketball is super fun in good weather. I have a goal in my driveway that I practice shooting and drills. However if you live in apartments, etc. and thats not an option sometimes you can find street games in local parks. Make new friends, (while watching out for stranger danger haha)

Dance is very good for leg muscles. Not just thighs, dance gives you killer calf muscles too (my calves are rock hard from dance). I would suggest more protein than fat. Fats have the most calorie per weight but proteins are denser and can pack more on. I know people that do ice cream shakes with tons of the protein powder stuff that helps. Or just lots of fried chicken, its the best food in the world :p
