I'm 5'7" 156# and want to get to 135 by the end of June. I'm having a hard time with motivation and have been in a slump the past week. I meet the inlaws end of June and want to look my best.

I drink a ton of water in a day. My experience: once you start drinking more water than you normally do (after your bladder adjusts) if you go back to drinking very little you will have headaches (like caffine headaches) because you are dehydrated and used to more. I'm not new, but newly returning. I am 5'7" and would like to get down to 135. 20# to go and I need some help and motivation! I joined this group with thought of finding someone who can help me with motivation. I'm a great motivator for others but have a hard time with myself.

Count me in! Support and accountability make it easier. I find I have tons of motivation in the am but come lunch time it's dwindled to little or nothing by bedtime it's trying to accept I can't do it and this is just how I'm gonna be....
