I've also dipped chocolate into the peanut butter jar.......my own Reese cups. Trader Joe's has these amazing chocolate trifles. I try to eat ONE if I need a sugar/chocolate fix. They're so rich, it works !!!

So interesting and sadly, nice to know that so many other people binge-eat and feel guilty. My son looks AMAZING after losing 25 pounds in the past year.....he actually has a cheat day every few weeks, where he eats whatever he wants and never really gains ? He sent me a picture of his last cheat meal. It looked amazing…

You should be so proud. You look amazing, but the way you feel inside is priceless too. Congrats. Reading your story helped me this morning, as the scale hasn't budged in a week.....and, I've eaten well, no cheating! Thank you for sharing.

For goodness sake.......a lot of "us" in this group. I will be 58 in June, so close enough...... It is more challenging, harder and more frustrating to lose weight as we get older, but it's still doable. :smile:
