I put your details into a couple of tdee calculators, and it looks like you need around 1700 cals to maintain. If you have net cals of around 1200 per day, you should lose around 1 pound a week, which it looks like you have. I tend to be flexible about it. I don't make a plan to eat my exercise calories back, but if I get hungry later in the day I'll have something. But I'll only eat until I'm satisfied.
