It really just depends on how active you are and also how tall you are. I'm 5'11" and weigh 230. I'm eating between 1500-1600 calories per day and I'm losing every week.

A really great friend of mine recently (last year) moved to the U.K. from here, the U.S. He loves it there & said he plans on staying in the U.K. Days he'd much rather raise his family there instead of the U.S. As far as accents go, what accents?
