With this being said the average calorie intake for someone to take in is approximately 1,500-2,500. This all depends on gender, weight loss goal, and type of exercises you are…
  • Sabra Hummus is fantastic and there are a bunch of different flavors. I love hummus with carrots or cucumbers because it's a good mid-day snack. Just always make sure you take only the serving size and put the rest of the package away because once you start dipping right into the package it will be gone within one meal :D
  • The best remedy for a sugar hit is greek yogurt with granola or if I want to treat myself, frozen yogurt but I try to stay with one flavor with fruit as my toppings. Obviously after a good rugby game I'll go with the team for ice cream, but unlike in the fall I try to avoid that after EVERY game.
  • I'm trying to loose about 12 lbs after a horrible weight gain from freshman year of college. I also play rugby so I can't be too tiny (I'm already 5' 1" so I gotta watch my size). I need to work on loosing my excessive body fat before I focus on doing any endurance training!
