Ill be 4 weeks in tomorrow. I do 4 shakes (3 shakes plus 2 bars) per day. Initially dr said go down to 3 per day after a month. I KNOW I will be starving. Even 4 per day not easy for me (yet?). I may stick w 4 as I'm seeing abt 5# loss per week and I'm fine w that. I've also just added in walking.

Also, the bars are way higher carbs than shakes or soup. I did week 2 with only like 3 bars total. Will buy some more but plan to use sparingly.

I have a few extra strawberry. I dislike it. I can mail them to you to if you're interested! I've been making the choc w 10oz water. Soup too. More like 11oz for strawberry! They are all intense to me.

I've been primarily on chocolate beverage for 11 days. I bought a box of strawberry, not a big fan - somewhat medicinal tasting to me. Day 8, 11pm Depressed. Sat with h20 while all the other ladies had glasses of wine and ate apps and talked about food on upcoming NYC trip we're taking. FML.

Day 7 I'd love a meal right about now. But, I also love that the scale displays a lower # nearly every morning. My mouth literally waters when I think of Chipotle.

Day 6 is over. Well, the day has some remaining hours but I have 0 remaining meal packets lol. Went to first clinic/class tonight. Was down -6.5 since starting last Wednesday. Off to a good start.

Day 5 Not too bad Nothing on social calendar so avoiding real food easy. Weird grocery shopping for family. One more shake before bed.

I took my wedding day weight (I was 27 at the time) and added about 13 pounds. Just knowing I'll never again be as trim and fit as I once was. Real scientific, eh?

I go for my blood work and EKG on 08/06 Man, I just want to START. But, gotta follow the rules. Hopefully I will start shortly after the tests are complete.

I will be starting in July (I think) at a local hospital in CLE, OH Would love to see some recent posts in these threads! Julie, where are you located? Can you share your story? I'm tempted to buy SpecialK protein shakes and do my own ND program. But, I know I wont stick to it!

I am addicted to junk food, specifically McD, pizza and sugar. I've recently taken steps to remedy this and started seeing a therapist who will get me on a food plan. I have 100# to lose. Several times in my life I've eaten McD for more than one meal per day.

Hello All! New. Today. 96 to lose. My therapist has helped me in the past 2 weeks...one MEAL at a time. Not even DAY at a time, MEAL at a time. I've never been this heavy (CW=219) and I feel like poop. I look forward to reading this thread for inspiration!
