My furbabies weight 8 stone each and are taller than my 4 year old niece however, yes, the younger of my furbabies jumps on the bed every night for cuddles! Wouldn't have it any other way, cuddling my furball makes my day

Have tried it. Made me feel less sluggish and gave me some more energy but did nothing for weight loss. It's a good cup of tea but not much more than that!

My cheat this week is microwaving a mixture of porridge oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, milk, margarine and a little sugar. Need something sweet to keep me going through uni exams haha I'll also cheat on a Saturday at work - biscuit tin is just too appealing during the break cup of tea!

I wouldn't suggest switching to diet. A friend of mine was struggling to lose weight despite her diet and her doctor told her to cut out the diet coke and she's lost 39lbs since! Try reducing the soda by gradually replacing it with water etc! :)
