If your fasting you don't have to fast for a set amount of hours every time ..one hour more or less won't make a difference. If your having trouble fitting your cals into eight hours just start feeding a little earlier in the day.

1200 cals seems really low, don't be scared of carbs you need them.

Not much else to add except try not to burn yourself out on just eating the bro foods and doing loads and loads of exercises...it's a marathon not a race.

What about having your biggest meal in the evening. Delay breakfast till midday and eat little bits thru out the afternoon and then have a decent dinner while still staying under your calorie goal. Its mostly caffeine in fat burners which gives the boost and a lot of marketing. As said above, don't waste your money.

Or enjoy your meal and fit it into your calories for the day. Fast for the morning/ lunch to keep your calories low and then enjoy your meal. Doesn't sound like a regular thing you do so why go without.

I eat Oreos or ice cream almost ever night before bed as long as I still have calories left. No reason to go without if you can fit it in without going overboard.

I've been there too bud, your not a lost cause. Don't restrict yourself so much that your suffering. Don't think you have to spend hours in the gym, run loads or eat only "clean" foods.
