What about Intermittent Fasting 16/8? if you shorten your eating window to only 8 hours you would have less time in the day to eat and might be able to fit in lower cals easier. It's what I and I eat ice creme every night as long as I still have calories left.

I'm in the UK and I've got it on my IPhone, you just need an American app store account and it will show up. Took five mins to set up and all you need is an stateside address.

For my weight loss ive only done strength training and walking...no high intensity cardio and it has worked for me, but ultimately it's my diet that has helped me to lose the weight. Why not try logging your foods for a few days and see how many calories your actually taking in, it might be more than you think. I used to…

I feel for ya man sounds like you've had it rough. You seem to do a lot of aerobic work do you do any strength training at all and do you track you calories? I'm down 92lbs myself and still have a ways to go, but I can understand your frustration with the scale.

I weight mine and divide it by 1.8 to get the original dry weight and input that into MFP
-
Yea my wife isn't doing well losing weight herself and I weigh a lot less than her now. She gets angry when she hears people complimenting me on my weight loss...it seriously bums me out, but I keep doing my thing.
-
I didn't use to and lost quite a bit of weight anyways, but as my weight has come down I've started to plateau and now I've started logging my vegetables to be more accurate.
-
Happy to help ya!
-
Thanks for the add...tracking sucks at first but once you get into a routine it's not that bad.

Ice creme every night as long as its under my cals :)

I had a friend who sold it and really praised it, but it was a waste of money to my mother in law who used them but didn't eat a proper diet.
-
Down the sink with mine, I have 1 yolk per 7 whites to keep my cals a bit lower
-
I got five kids and I care for my ill wife...It all depends how bad you want it and how a busy lifestyle can fit with your own goals. Calories in vs calories out bud!
-
Your making the right choice getting your nutrition in check first, well done!
-
Only if your diet is in check.
-
Truth! And I wish I had learned that years ago when I was spending loads of money on whey :(
-
Good stuff there!

Food isn't your enemy, you just need to find a way to fit it in better. And you don't need a gym, you can workout at home and still get results. Don't give up you can do this!
-
Ignore all the don't eat after this time or no carbs after a certain time or it will turn in to fat. It's all about cals in vs cals out. I have ice cream before bed most nights if I have the calories left.
-
Do you really need a protein supplement? Are you having trouble getting enough protein from food?
-
When I see a bigger person at the gym while I'm lifting, I dont think bad of them at all, I think good job putting in that work! Well done getting on that treadmill!
-
Happy to help ya bud!

Same here...at my highest weight I was in the hospital for a week with pneumonia, while my wife was at home struggling with our five kids. Opened my eyes to how unhealthy I actually was.

I'm down 90 myself and looking to lose another 60 or so...once you start tracking your cals and seeing the results it becomes a lifestyle. Feel free to add me as well :)
