Is 10 min of interval training daily enough to see change?

With 10 min warmup and 10 min cool down sure why not.

Depends very much on what changes you want to see, and what you're doing in that period.

If your only training is a ten minute session, with warm up and cool down as mentioned above, then you're unlikely to gaibn much benefit. If it's one of several sessions per week that range in objectives then it certainly has some value.

Short, high intensity intervals sessions aren't the magic bullet some would have you believe.

Depends on what you mean by change.

Only if your diet is in check.

Are you adding or subtracting from what you are currently doing? Anything is better than nothing, but if you are tapering away from more you'll see a not as pleasant change at first.

I believe you will definitely feel some tightness in your muscles and it could be a nice short piece to throw into your daily routine as a bonus to a lifting/cardio plan

You're doing 10 minutes more than the person on the couch, so that's good.
On the other hand, if you diet is no better than that person on the couch, your 10 minutes might be all for not.

For important health benefits get 75 minutes of "vigorous-intense aerobic activity" and 2 or more days of "muscle-strengthening activities"

We know 150 minutes each week sounds like a lot of time, but it's not. That's 2 hours and 30 minutes, about the same amount of time you might spend watching a movie. The good news is that you can spread your activity out during the week, so you don't have to do it all at once. You can even break it up into smaller chunks of time during the day. It's about what works best for you, as long as you're doing physical activity at a moderate or vigorous effort for at least 10 minutes at a time.

NOTE: This isn't to say it will provide the benefits you want to see, but it will provide important health benefits. You may need to spend more time to see the results you want.

10 Mins is better than 0 mins..... anything that gets you up and moving and a raised heart rate is good

I do Tri's in about 10 min 3 sets of 50 reps different angles and they look great. Circuit training 10 minutes how many body parts are you hitting it takes me ten minutes just to warm up for major body parts
