I sometimes (after a stressful day at work) pour red wine into a tumble rather than a wine glass! It looks like I'm drinking squash and i get to avoid the disappointed looks from my other half! I don't have a drink problem, but I know how calorie laden wine is...... And I also know he's only trying to keep me on track!
