I only eat two meals a day. The first one I start eating somewhere between noon and 6PM the second one I start eating between 5PM and 10PM. If I don't get to the second one due to plans I likely just go to bed that night and tell myself I can eat those calories the next day :P

Congrats on the squats @night_watcher ! I'm glad you enjoy your trainer. I have never tried due to not having the money, but I have been thinking about going to classes at my gym....they are included with the membership, so why not? I want to know how to use weights before going to that part of the gym, so I'll probably…

@lcuconley it is essentially a meal substitute. It is a man made invention from someone who decided they didn't want to eat anymore lol. It's kinda bland...reminds me of pancake batter (which I enjoy....(don't judge lol)). I'll take a picture of it tomorrow morning. I mix it with chocolate protein powder to make it a…

Good morning. Today I am going to do the following:* Walk my 10k step goal * Stay under my fitbit calorie limits * Do one hour of exercise * Hit at least one of my favoured macros (either fat or protein...or both) * Drink my fitbit water goal

@night_watcher I just started running just over a month ago with the C25K app. My tongue used to swell during the 60 second runs! I honestly thought I was allergic to running when I started lol. If you can get past week one you can do the rest of it. Also I use the term run quite loosely....I hobble quickly lol. Good…

I can't get a new dress because it is a dress I added a few parts to it for cosplay...didn't think this losing weight thing through lol Thanks so much for the feedback everybody. I have bough some boob stuffers and safety pins....wish me luck.

Is there any cheap (Under $20) way to make me bustier so my boobs won't fall out of the dress? lol

You should be called: Pichu You are from (Timezone): Eastern Standard Time Your weigh in day: ....every day? lol. I don't have a schedule to weigh in every week. I am in a few competitions which need me to weigh in on certain days, so I honestly weigh in all the time :P Favorite exercise: Swimming (for funness) and running…

I wouldn't bother if I could do it again. It is useful in terms of if you want to set your macros and calories at a specific amount and you don't want exercise to bother it, but really you could just know what those goals are in your head without this aid :P

I personally use Fitbit's calorie count instead of MFP's. If you are trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time without losing or gaining weight... this article sums it up pretty well. If you don't care about what the scale says then this article might help. Good luck!…

I want to lose a similar amount to yours. I would like to lose 26.1kg (which is a little more than 60lbs). I also have a fitbit. I'll add you both on Fitbit and MFP :D

If you want something that is a cool device that will give you a better idea of what you need to eat daily then you can click here. It was made by a fellow MFPer. I really like it because I can average all different kinds of BMR and BMI calculations if I want to....you also can put in your average amount of calories lost…

I want to lose 27kg by the time my next fall semester starts (September 4th). I am a little higher than your goal, but I am more than willing to provide support if you wanna add me :)

Bring it on.

That awkward moment when you hear about people being waitlisted and you panic wondering if you wrote down your username correctly :O

I want to run a 5k race....I also want to lose at least 20kg by the time school starts in September :P

Give yourself at least some of those calories back. Even if you just try to eat until you are at a net of over 1000-1200 calories that should be fine. People say to eat back half to three quarters of your expended calories here. I just liked to make my net above 1000 to be happy with my weight loss and amount I was able to…

I weighed myself on Wednesday and I was 87.8kg. I don't have a specific day that I weigh myself, but I will do my best to be consistent :P
-
Well it does start on January 4th, so I'm guessing Owls will go out on the 3rd? Do the people who get put on a waiting list get a letter stating so as well?

I'm in for 45km

I had to do this too haha

I am in :)

I have not lost since I (re)started on MFP this December, but I have lost about 5cm on my waist and hips with 2 cm on my chest.

I just started week 3 yesterday. Just make sure to go out on at least 3 runs a week and don't feel pressured to run fast. BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES!! You should see the difference in peoples' legs after they do this o.o
