  • Try using an app to count your water intake. Try not to go too far over it. I really like Water Your Body. It will give you an idea of what you should be drinking based on your weight :)

  • I didn't realize MFP was based on METs. Whoops. I just saw that the calorie difference was at least 1/5th less when I do my own calculations. Some are more, some are less, but all were at least 1/5th less. With that in mind I assumed that MFP used something else or maybe they over guess the METs used for each exercise.…

  • Personally, I stay away from the scale when my TOM starts. It upsets me. As long as you eat right until it's over you will notice that you have still been losing weight :)
  • Sorry I think I confused you. Monday, Wednesday, Friday would have about 1300-1500 calories. Tuesday, Thursday would have about 500-700 calories Saturday and Sunday will most likely be at least 1500 calories, but it is really just however much I want to eat whether that be more or less than 1500 calories.
