Lol! I do this. But with my client's cake tops. If I bake a cake that comes out uneven, I cut the top off to level it. When I'm good, I trash them immediately. But when I'm bad, oh boy I can scarf an entire cake top in minutes! I feel so guilty afterwards. #nevergethighonyouronsupply
