  • Try sit ups while holding the baby in front of you, push ups with the baby on the floor in front of you. You can also raise the baby over your head to work your back and shoulders.   • I am 11 weeks post partum. It has been a struggle. I am nursing but not losing any weight. I recently started trying to lose weight but at the same time I am worried I am not eating enoough calories to produce milk. Trying to stay around 1200 calories with exercise included. We will see how this goes.
