• This is kind of how MFP works though, but within reason obviously. Exercise enough and enter it into MFP and it will allow you to eat that cheasecake!

• I see a lot of bashing of Shakeology on here, can someone provide some facts on what's wrong with it (other than the price)? Are their claims BS? IF so, how do you know?
