  • I take a zyrtec daily and benedryl as needed and it has not had any affect on my weightloss (-28lbs).
  • @tatho2014 I'm sorry, I don't understand the question. But we are not looking to recruit new members--this was a group that was started and then taken offline so we just wanted to have a place to continue to track our progress. The challenge is over at the end of August.

  • Awesome! Thank you :)
  • Excellent! Thanks for joining Jane!
  • The original group is no longer active or available. To keep @Myweightlossdiary 's dream alive and to continue the support and incredible progress we were all making, I am creating a new group. I can't make the fancy charts, but I will create threads each week through the end of August so that we can track our own progress…

  • OK guys. So I've created a new group for us to play in. I'm not as savvy or good as Myweightlossdiary was with things but this will be a place for us to continue to support each other... and for us to keep posting. If you're interested it's an open group. Please note that this challenge originally began in June and we are…
  • If the mod for the group deletes there account the group dissappear - it looks like she's either suspended or deleted her account. I don't know if she knew that would happen to the group but I hope she comes back! Maybe a mfp moderator can reinstate the group if someone else will take ownership of it?
  • I exercise so I have 400 or so additional calories to play with.
  • I plan for it. I make sure I eat before we go and get a small popcorn no butter for just me--the theatre may be willing to give you an empty bag with your large. Total for regal popcorn is like 400-something calories for a small no butter. A full meal worth of calories but if I'm good the rest of the day and work it at the…
  • What are you eating throughout the day? I am the same and have no problem reaching my calories. Breakfast: Protein shake Lunch: Salad or big helping of veggies with at least 20g protein Afternoon Snack: Pudding cup or edamame Dinner: Lots of veggies or salad with 30g protein Dessert: Healthy Choice 100 cal fudge pop Snacks…

  • First of all: You are not crazy. And you are not alone. However. I don't think that seeing a therapist would be a bad idea. A large part is mental and losing that much weight is a big deal. It could really help to talk through things with someone who is impartial and who can help you feel better about yourself mentally.…
  • Just had some today with kalamata olives (chopped) and pepper. So good!
  • That's awesome, congratulations!! You rocked it.
  • This is so true! It is a constant reminder that I have made a commitment to being healthier and that the goal isn't "thin" it's "fit". I'm getting there--every day is a new day to keep working on it. Having a community and support system like MFP has made all the difference!
  • Whoops! Just realized I put CW as 193--it should be 173! Of course I can't go back and edit... at least I marked the picture right. Slightly over 5'7. HW: 290 + SW: 198 CW: 173 GW1: 160 Thanks guys for your support--it's amazing what 24 pounds off can feel like!
