I didn't know I was pregnant for an entire 8 months. I worked out 6 days a week. When I started feeling tired I would slow down or stop. I continued intense cardio workout mixed with yoga through my entire pregnancy without even knowing about the baby. I suggest you speak to your OB/GYN and listen to your body. Can't hurt…
