I was vegan for a month (carnivore at heart) and tofu was indispensable. Whole foods has an Italian seasoned extra firm tofu that I still crave. Chick peas are great too. Lots of asian foods- miso, edamame, stir fry veggies.

Banana chopped and heated with ginger, brown sugar and cayenne pepper. Because I wanted dessert and it tastes amazing.

I might do a banana or yogurt on a good day. On bad days a slice of cheese or hummus.
