I get the food prepping part. And reading all this makes sense. My issue is the thawing and reheating. I'm always worried I'll give myself food poisoning. They say stick it in the fridge to thaw overnight but what if it isn't thawed? Can you put it in the microwave from frozen or does it depend on what it is?
