Oh the scale - the misery and joy :0) I tell you that my weight fluctuates a LOT especially if I have splurge days. I think there is a lot because of the water retention issue? I doubt that in reality my weight can fluctuate 5 pounds in a week (which according to the scale sometimes it does).
