Omad is good. I went from 210 pounds to 150ish with 20lbs more id like to shred. It IS doable and by far the most successful method i tried. Get on the omad train and you will not look back. Honestly. I did this with 0 exercise (which im not proud of but thats the truth).

Thank you. Today i wanted to mention weight fluctuations. They are pretty crazy. I realized i do better with daily weigh ins at the moment (i see the patterns more this way and i get more focus), so i see the fluctuations. So Sunday i was 148.5 and then today (2 days later) 150.7 (chinese takeout was to blame for that one)…

Yes I can just repeat the ladies before me.. Stick with it, watch the videos. I wouldn't do low carb but that's just me personally as i want to eat what i want. It will be a lot of trial and error and also as things change there will be adjustments. But that's down the road. Eat once a day preferably one plate of 'normal'…

Ooh that looks nice! We all fall a little every now and then. I think that keeps us sane, the key is to get back right after it.. I also had a non scheduled cheat day on Sunday too (which rarely ever happens). Well I did walk almost 20 thousand steps so i was hungry!
