• I agree with this wholeheartedly. Oats or Oatmeal is one of the healthiest foods/grains you can eat. Yes, it is heavy in Carbohydrates, but they digest fast and the Fiber alone is a huge benefit, along with the other many benefits such as Natural Vitamins, Protein, healthy Fats, etc. On top of that, they can be prepared in…
• Everyone reacts differently with each scenario. I eat 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day, depending on my workouts/exercise, and have no problem with it and losing weight, too. Just thought I'd let you know that. :-)
• Hi, Terra. In my experiences, and opinion, here are a few tips that helped me throughout my weight loss. I did get stuck here and there, but no more than a couple of weeks at a time, and it wasn't too often. 1) If you want to maintain weight, I'd stick with 125 to no more than 175 Grams of Carbs a day. To lose 1-2 lbs a…
• I usually eat 2 Organic Eggs and Organic Rolled Oats with a half of a Banana mashed in it. :-)
• ... And moving on to the Banana fest! :-)

• Wow... And I thought I had to cut so many foods from my Dermatitis and Psoriasis. Unfortunately, I love sweet things and Stevia has been my saviour for substituting processed foods. I do love Milk, though. BUT, for me, it's Almond Milk.

• Refined white sugar, corn syrup, preservatives, etc. BUT, if you make it purely homemade and leave out the bad stuff and replace the sugar for Stevia, and replace the milk for mostly bananas, then you have a HEALTHY Ice Cream. :-)

• Lauracups: I hope you enjoy your bleeping banana. ;-) OldHobo: I have bought Bob Mill's and it is expensive, and then AFTER the purchase I found out that Bob Mill's is NOT Organic as I thought. It's Organic but only to the point that it STILL can have trace amounts of Soy or Wheat in it. I was like "UGH!". I can't eat…

• Saturated fats in moderation are good. It's the TRANS fats that are not good for anyone. I don't eat red meat anymore as it's a natural inflammatory for those who have skin conditions, etc. And that is a fact. I stick to chicken and turkey only, but mostly organic chicken. As far as Cholesterol is concerned, for example,…
• Five bananas??!! I'd be in natural sugar overload! LOL But, you look like you work out more than I do, so it probably won't affect you too awfully much.

•
Even better with a half cup of heavy cream and six or seven mini Reeses peanut butter cups thrown in before freezing.
Unfortunately, I don't eat chocolate anymore unless it doesn't have caffeine in it, but it sounds good. I do love bananas frozen as well.

• There is nothing worse than thinking you have great friends beside you when the actual truth is - they endure jealousy and hate around them. I used to have a few friends like that about 5-7 years ago and suddenly dropped them because they didn't care about me on the inside AND out, but the way THEY wanted ME to Be. In a…
• Some foods I cannot eat with those two conditions. Peanuts, regular Cow's Milk, anything Soy, Wheat, Refined Flour, Refined Sugar, Preservatives, Fast Food, etc. I haven't gone out to eat in months, because they fill food with so much junk. I rather cook at home as it is.

• I have read some MD websites that have given Bananas a bad reputation to some degree. Not a full bad reputation, but parts of it.

• For me, I don't go to the gym as I have equipment at home. I do not like going to a gym as I feel a bit conscience of things around me (people staring, etc). Those factors seem to target in on my concentration being lost. Anyway, I always work out in the morning around 5 or 6 a.m. I eat an hour or so before and shower in…
• Nine days for me on here, but have been losing weight for almost a year now. I have already lost 43 lbs and looking for a few friends. Feel free to add me. :-)
