I make iced tea with juice of 1 lemon and lemon Stevia drops. Works wonders. Or sparkling water with lemon juice, lemon stevia, and frozen blueberries.

I'm dairy and grain free too, but I can eat eggs. Paleo works for me. I'm not trying to body build though. Might want to look into protein powder

I just finished my 40 days. Lost 20 lbs exactly. Still have some blue drops left so I'm gonna use them up and then start phase 3 & 4.
