  • I can also attest that if you can exercise regularly, those endorphines will help you cope with the pain - as long as you respect your warning signs and be patient with yourself. It started with 10 minute walks for me and until this achilles issue, 1 hour swift walks were not an issue. So don't give up!!! ☺☺☺
