Mom of a 3 year old always looking for motivation. Feel free to add :) :) :) :) :)

I never realized how much I love to workout until the weight really started coming off. The more progress I see in my body the more motivated I get to push myself harder.

Amazing job!! :)

Mine have faded but nothing has worked to make them go away and I don't believe they ever will. Just something I am learning to live with and accept.

@HappyHealthyRen great job! Friend request sent.

@amiwills first of all don't get discouraged and don't give up. I lost all my weight by counting calories and only running outdoors. I never stepped foot in the gym so I believe you can do it too if you really want to. Log everything you eat (yes even the chocolate you say you love) and try your very best to stay under…

It is very hard being away from your child at first but it will get easier. In my opinion it's good for your baby to be around others and not just with mom/dad 24/7. As parents we worry about our children no matter what age they are but its just apart of being a parent. My daughter is three and I still don't like being…

24 year old single working mom of a beautiful 3 year old. I have recently dropped a good amount of weight but still want to lose about 10 more and tone. I have been stuck at my current weight for months now and can't get this last 10 off! Great at home workouts for stomach and legs are needed. Any advice and motivation is…

How do I join?

No one told me I would literally be cold all the time. Guess I never realized how warm that extra layer of fat was.

I knew I was losing weight when I kept having to add holes to my belt until it was wrapped around me 1.5 times.. Finally had to give in and buy a new belt!

Just make sure your doctor fully releases you before trying to lift or do any extra activities and you should be fine. Even if you think you feel fine and are healed before you're fully released you're not. I thought I was fine about a month after surgery and over did it and got a hematoma... Not fun! The surgery will take…

@bergny91 How much are you looking to lose? How tall are you? I'm 24 about 5'4 looking to lose about 10 more and tone so it's always nice to have others who can relate and motivate.

I'm 24 and wanting to lose another 10 and tone. I'll add you.

@Xelleron you are so close to your goal don't let anything stop you. I have heard crossfit is one of the best workouts and seen results from parents at my child's school. The hardest part is getting there. Keep your head up and remember why you are doing this and how great you will feel accomplishing this weight loss goal.

Know lots of people who have used phentermine and where I live it's super easy to get at doctors. What people have to understand about it though it its not a magic pill. Just taking any diet pill alone will not make you drop the weight. Must still eat better and exercise. I have friends who have taken this pill and not…

Amazing!! Keep it up.

I haven't tried the lean with just adding water to it. I have added up the calories for it the way I make it though and still get under my daily limit. I love that it keeps me full also and I feel better after drinking the shake then I do after eating a regular meal.

Aww thank you!!! Sometimes it's hard and I want to give in when she's throwing fits for candy/cookies (those are her favorite) but I know she will thank me in the long run. My advice to you since your baby is only 6 months DONT introduce them to all the sweets and let the bad habits start. That was my mistake being so busy…
