I'm on day 7 myself though I have not tested yet. Not looking forward to the more difficult plank types.

I can hold a plank for about thirty seconds so far but I cannot do a side plank to save my life. My feet slide away from me and I have a really hard time picking my hip up off the ground. :(

You can add me! I need help with exercise motivation. I walked almost three miles and my feet are still sore after two days. Sigh. I started a month ago at 176 I'm now at 165. Trying to get to 130 ideally because I'm only 5'5". Remembering that this isn't just a flash in the pan is hard

Mcds did a good job changing their chicken sandwich to the artisan one. It's actually pretty tasty now.

I've been low sugar/no dessert for three weeks now and I still absolutely die every time I grocery shop. How the heck do sugar cravings fade in a few days? It's my biggest hurdle.
