I actually gave Dukan a try back in the day. It emphasizes low fat, pure protein. Really just lean meats and low fat dairy during the induction. I personally am an advocate of lowish carb or low glycemic, but I think micro nutrients are important. I guess I view Dukan as something to slash water retention and higher carb…
