  • 1/3 cup oatmeal, cooked with cinnamon, a few raisins, .5 oz. crushed walnuts, 2 tsp. ground flax seed, 1 tsp. chia seeds, and 2/3 cup water. Cook it in the microwave for 3 minutes and add about 1/3 c. unsweetened almond milk. I also have an orange and green tea.
