  • Ok let's do it. SW 240 CW 175 GW June 155 GW Final 145
  • 34, mom of a 12-year old. Would love some support/to be a support! Lost just about 61 lbs since last April and 32 lbs to go. It is starting to get tougher to move the weight and I'm trying to keep going at a good pace! I'm finding the balance between enough exercise to burn calories and get stronger vs. how hungry I get…
  • Confession: I've been doing a good job with all of this but I'm worried I'm reaching a tipping point of crazy. Donated blood today but then googled how many calories lost that is. That's nuts. Need to chill.
  • Haha yes. And I'm the only one who likes the maraschino cherries, so I always get to eat the ones off everybody's sundaes and cream shakes etc.
  • Confession: It is cold and rainy again and the brief warm taste of spring we had earlier this month seems like it was a cruel tease. I really just want to sit under a blanket with hot chocolate (plus whipped cream) and eat gooey, warm things.
  • Sonic is amazing. I'm so sad there aren't any in Canada, and also not one in Buffalo, since I'm there regularly - but when I'm down in Texas periodically (in-laws) I always make sure to do a couple of stops there. Cherry limeade with extra cherry. Mmmmm.
  • Hugs/good thoughts/good vibes/prayers to everybody who has heavy stuff to deal with recently. I'm so sorry.
  • Some baked trout and a cup of bean salad garnished with a bit of feta cheese, 2 slices of multigrain baguette.
  • So on board with this. I can take or leave lots of things (peanut butter, Nutella, PopTarts, candy bars, most other candy, ice cream). But cake is my one true love. This shows a mild version of my feelings for cake: So if you work out this diet plan I will give you all my money lol.
  • Put it in a timeout. Put it away in a closet until next week and just stick to your plan in the meantime :)
  • I often feel like just saying @#*#$ it in the evenings and not cooking what I had planned - and then just getting some junky takeout. If I was just cooking for me I'd probably do it regularly. It actually helps that I cook for the family - really helps me stick to the menu plan because I am responsible for feeding them all…
  • I plan the menu for the week, with dinners (main meal at my house) planned for each day, and plans for "general stuff" to have in the house for easy breakfasts and lunches. Then I do a big shop on the weekend, and make notes about which things to walk to the store to get fresh during the week (e.g. on Wed. need to get…
  • Thanks! Also, @AgentOrangeJuice must have INTENSE rubbing grip. Been using the same Magic Eraser for odd marks and scuffs and cleaning the toes of everybody's Converse shoes for months and it is only a little worn on one end.
  • Oh I will. I have it all worked out, down to the last delicious condiment. No room for fries or soda, but the burger will be epic and perfect.
  • Thank you! I need to just remind myself about that. It is why I joined here, so it doesn't feel so lonely doing this.
  • Confession 1: First post and am super nervous. I've been reading this thread over the last couple of weeks. I've laughed hysterically, been pissed of and amazed, learned a lot, and met so many interesting characters and had my heart broken by some of the really intense things you've all talked about. Better than any novel.…
