Ok thank you bc I have a lot of weight to lose and I don't think the calories it says is going to get results as quick as Id like to see. I have 100 lbs to lose and I'm eating foods that are good for me so the calories don't ad up as quick as junk food does. Lol

Hi, I also run and I was wondering do you do any weight lifting? I ran last year was up to 5-8 miles a day and I also lifted weights in 3 mo I never lost a pound. I are less than 1400 calories a day. The trainer at my gym came over to me once and he said my calories were to low for the work I was doing. So next question…
