Thanks all for feedback! I don't want to burn out- is there anything you can reccomend? On exercising days I have just stuck to the 1350 calories, should I be changing this?

I didn't realise that what I am doing is unhealthy? I do want to maintain any loss after the wedding. And I'm not doing it for others just to feel more comfortable with myself

The dvd says you should burn 700 calories however I have been logging as 400 in case I am missing bits or doing it wrong! I have been logging everything I eat and drink and have been as accurate as I can.
