  • Hi. In the same boat. Walking is a good exercise with the kids. They can ride bikes or be pushed on a ride on toy. I have a two year old that goes with me in the mornings. Measure yourself now so if the pounds stall out you will see your still loosing inches. Take pictures once a week so you can see your progress. It helps…
