5 days a week. 4 days spin, two days weight training (combine a day). Two days I am doing yoga at school with my students as well.

Based on this 1200 is too low. Do you have a fit bit, misfit, etc. This will help you see how much exercise you are doing just by working. Adjust your intake from there. A 500 calorie deficit from your BMW is all you need to start with.
