I definitely weigh my food. The first time around when I lost 80 lbs I realized real quick what AN ACTUAL serving size is compared to what I was taking in. In regards to TDEE, the calculator states that I should consumer 1692 calories daily. That is more than MyFitnessPal recommends (1300). Does that sound right? Thanks…
