  • Age 30 Ht 5'4" Wt 125 Current Fat 22% Goal fat 15% I'm just beginner for workout. And i always feel like i need to count on my caloric intake, but l still got same weight and %fat. My challenge are 1.less milk tea 2.less sweet!! I have to drink it 2 cups/days T-T
