YES! Got a blender thank god. A chocolate protein shake took the edge right off! Also yesterday I made the mistake of saving all my yellows and purple until the evening. Which got my blood sugar WAY low. Today I spaced it all out. And felt great.

The mobile version is buggy! It deletes text sometimes! I originally wrote: 2 red 1.5 green .25 blue You add photos by clicking on the camera icon. Are you using the mobile app?

32 years old. 5'8! 155lbs. Started at 180 after baby in 2011. Got super thin over the course of 8 months doing intermittent fasting and Jillian Michaels. I get it. Been there! Got some stubborn weight right now in fact! How often do you drink alcohol? (Not going to judge, I'm asking because drinking even once a week can totally f#*k up your progress. Gotta cut it out for at least a month.)
