Lmao! This wasn't a troll post... It was a genuine question. Some people here man.. Need to chill out. Seriously. I took people's advice. I changed my calorie intake and I'm going to take it easy on my cheat days. That's what I took from this post. Losing 20 pounds in a month is and isn't unhealthy. It's doable. Especially…

Oh I didn't see the question. Oh yes! I plan on losing 20 pounds in 4-5 weeks. Of course. I'm doing it the right way. Yes it's sustainable its a lifetime commitment. That I'm already use too. I put that in my OP. If I slow down maybe cut back an hour in exercise that will be when I'm at my goal weight.

Mmm. To all those asking. I went from 189 to 177. Now I'm 180. I didn't log it into MFP. I thought I was losing more weight than I actually did. And this is kind of a stupid reason. The weight scale at my gym I read it wrong. So that's why I logged it in incorrectly and thought I loss more than I actually did. To those who…

It's okay Sara he/she is wasting his time failing at trolling. Whilst I'm ignoring. Thank you for all your kind words you've been ever so insightful. If someone can help me about my cheat day. I'll be all set on my 3rd attempt at my fitness goal. My phone is dying so I can't respond. Again Gansamida!

I don't know. Because I think it's not good enough that's my mentality. And rightfully so. 12 pounds isn't good enough for me. But I'm not going starve myself anymore I'm going to eat the allotted calories MFP gave me. 1800 is going to be scary but I'll do if. But still go beast mode at the gym. I will admit I am getting…

I'm still trying to figure out what I should do on my cheat day? I eat lots of pizza, chocolate, candy. Should I measure it.
-
Just ignoring the bitter angry at life people. Thank you to all that have answered and critiqued me maturely.
-
You know what's funny yesterday I ate a lot of junk food and woke up with a flatter stomach. I don't understand this at all but I'm getting a better idea.
-
No I'm going to lose 20 pounds by May 16th. Maybe even more. I'm going to eat 1860 and continue kicking *kitten* at the gym. And see where I get. I already look "good" but I still have fat deposits so now that I'm eating healthier. Eating enough. That fat should get lost.

Charlie thanks for the advice!! I think I'll stick to 2 hours. Because I don't want to slow down. I've already adapted to it. And I don't want to lose my endurance. Plus I think it's kind of cool that I can exercise for that long. If I eat 1800 calories. Exercise 2 hours and don't lose weight I'll slow down then. I'll just…

I agree with all your posts except the sustainable part. That part I already know which is why I started eating carbs again. So I will follow the advice everyone has given me. :)
-
Okay now I'm confused. I workout 5-6x a week. Should I be eating back half? Also what about my cheat day. Should I satay under 3000 or does it matter?
-
Okay so what i surmised by the helpful. To eat at the calories MFP set for me. And no more. But I have to continue being that active. Alright. This was a good idea coming here.

999tiger you need to chill. I don't need your negativity. Again, "expectations" are subjective. My goal and desires are not going to be the same as yours. I wasn't thinking I was going to lose 30 pounds in a month. That's UNREALISTIC. 20 pounds in 2 months is not unrealistic. But anyway I'm getting great advice so meh. :p

I understand Sara and I will try and clarify. It was really inconsistent to be honest with you. I can't give you an exact range of how aggressive my workouts were. I was just starting out. I know that I did at least 20 mins of cardio every time I went. I also switched up cardio equipment because I learned that I can't…

Alright so I selected very active. It outputted 1860. So while I burn 1000 at the gym I should eat back half of those calories. Also can someone explain that to me. Eating at my maintenance level isn't making sense to me. I've always thought to eat at a deficit.
-
I do weigh. Like cups. Measuring cups. I don't have a scale.
-
TUBBS I don't care I want to be you! You're my new inspiration! <3

Okay I'm reading everything everyone is saying. Gosh this is great advice!! (Most of it) okay so to bring it home. I set my active level to very active because I kick *kitten* at the gym. I should still eat half of those calories I burn. In order to lose weight. So quantitively. How much should be my deficit. Also I do…

I'm sorry if I'm not tagging anyone I don't know how. I use to eat 1200. So I reduced it. I've changed my activity level. I use exercise Eh, maybe 39-45 min 3x a week. That was just cardio then I did strength training that same day until I got tired. Then went into the sauna. Now I go to the gym everyday. except Sunday.
-
Gosh really?! I have to 1800 to lose weight? And if I burn off calories at the gym I have to eat half of that too. Some please help me understand. Obviously I'm ignorant (to some degree) I thought in order to lose weight you should have a deficit. In order to maintain weight you should eat exactly at your specific…

You're right at least I'm closer to my goal. And I understand that. Of course I'm going to be hard on myself. That's just how I am.
-
TUBBS! I want to be you!!! Oh! You! Please tell me what you did. No I no longer restrict myself. I eat what I like within reason. No candy chips, soda. But I have a freaking sandwich now. I'm not scared of bread anymore. Wow I'm so jealous. I would be in the 150's if I came her earlier!
-
Okay I putted my information in MFP it says I should be eating 1860!? Jesus (sorry) That's a lot. So I burn about 1000 at the gym is that enough deficit? Should I continue to exercise for how much I am. I'm already use to it. I fear that if I reduce it I will lose my tenacity.
-
Progress is subjective. Fitting in my clothes (leggings and yoga pants) is not good enough for ME. It would of been better to get in my size 4 jeans. Yes. I am proud that I lost 12 pounds. But of course I would of liked to lose more.
-
Okay. So to those willing to help. How much should I eat? How much should I exercise? I'm 5'5 180 ponds.
-
It's not an obsession more so a standard. I thought by an allotted time. Two months I would at least lose 20 pounds. I honestly don't think there is anything wrong with shooting high. And it's a reasonable amount of time to lose weight. And I'm aware stress deters Weightloss. That's why I fought my depression. But not…
-
I'd also like to add that I've been burning on average 800-1000 calories every cardio day. Which is 3x a week. I don't know how much I burn on strength training days.
-
I will lose 20 pounds by school ends. If you don't want to help that's fine. And I accept your criticism. But I'm looking for advice on how to do this. I don't think I'm drinking enough water. I got my blood work done. After my first attempt at losing weight. Everything was fine expect my cholesterol and I'm dehydrated.…
-
Yes I was logging my food. It was the only way I could keep track of calories. I'll be honest sometime I had a few more cheat days like 3 in a week sometimes. But that was in the beginning. Now I'm more strict. I do take breaks on Sunday's. In which I indulge in whatever I want and in excess. I just learned recently that…
