Thanks guys. I'm like in a super good mood I lost weight eating nothing but junk food. That's awesome! -1.4 pounds down no exercise and I ate cookies pizza, 2 bags of chips. I can't complain!!!

Ooooooh! Okay see now I'm starting to understand. So my TDEE is my BMR + activity level. But I'm more active on some days more than others. Would I have to not exercise for an entire day to calculate my TDEE?
-
OH! My TDEE is what my Fitbit calculates for 24 hours?!
-
Also on Saturday during my 12 hour shift. I burned over 3000 calories. And yes I wore it and reset from the start of my shift till the end. I also ate about 1800 calories. What was my net burn?
-
I should be subtracting my calorie deficit from my TDEE. So BMR 1753-1000 =753 TDEE: 753+1000 = -1753 net? BMR:1753 TDEE: 3833 Calories consumed: 1000 Calories burned: 1000 Calories remaining: 753 So if I have to burn 2900 daily as some of you say. I'm just about 200 away right?

Honestly I would just like a formula on how to calculate net calories. Because my mind is just not registering what you all are saying concerning how to calculate. Preferably. A formula that consists of. TDEE BMR Calorie deficit Calorie consumed Fitbit calories ( I guess this ties into BMR and TDEE, but I honestly don't…

I do take it off. I only wear it when I know I'm doing heavy activity. In the car it still adds steps, miles, and calorie burn.
-
I think the last thing I don't understand is net calories. Some people from my previous post tried to explain I still don't get it also to many replies. This time I'm going to research on what I don't understand then expand on that.
-
Thank you. What about car rides? Does any one else find it annoying that you have to account for the time you're driving just seems tedious.
-
When I say "normally" I mean my regime before I restarted and what I'm doing now. This week won't be six days it will be five.
-
I'm at the gym right now. I'm on the stair master. Or whatever it's called so far I burned about 300 more calories in the first 30 mins. But my Fitbit didn't account for the actual stairs I'm climbing. Also I guess it goes into the net calories again. So I guess this post has two different questions. What are the calories…

*not*

Okay I opened it.
-
Oh! Whoops! How do I open it?
-
Update: been eating a lot more calories and I've been waking up with a flatter stomach. :) this is going to work for sure.
-
Wait I'm OP. I never said anything about anyone. Woke up this morning with 40 notifications...
-
Well alright! Everyone is learning how great is that!? :)
-
YOU CAN DO IT! Don't ever let someone tell you you cannot! I'm rooting for you!!!
-
Again. I did listen. I did learn. Stop making assumptions. You don't know what my body is capable of. If I try and fail then you'll know I can't do it. Fine. But when I succeed you can't tell me anything after that. I haven't even tried yet. lol. I got great advice which I'm using. :)

I agree some people are showing genuine concern while others are projecting their own insecurities on me. Here's a picture in case anyone wants to know how I look like now.
-
Hm I'll see. I'll keep it at two which is sustainable to me. Didn't claim I was the only one to ever exercise. Also I alternate between strength training and cardio. Cardio alone would kill my muscle. So far I've been safe. Concerning exercise. Not my eating habits I will admit. Thanks for the concern.
-
Can I be honest. I'm trying to lose fat. But as long as the scale moves I'll be very happy. I'm going to actually read that link because that's pretty interesting. If I can even lose 3.5 a week. That would be choice!
-
I'm not using an excuse. It's fact. Overweight people lose weight faster than someone who's a healthy weight it's true. Just like men lose weight faster than women. I'm not abusing my body. I was before. Yes. But I won't any longer. There is nothing wrong with 2 hours of cardio. So long as I don't have any underlying…

If I was at a healthy weight. Then my expectations and goals would be unreasonable. But again I'm overweight.
-
I appreciate the sentiment. But how do you know I won't lose 20 pounds in a month? Now that I'm doing it right. I was doing it wrong the first two times. But now I'm doing it the right way. Also even if it's water weight that would just be clams. Why because at least my muscles will be more visible and defined. I'll look…

I didn't ignore it. I've thanked Sara many times. I have thanked others as well. But I have free will and do what I like. I took most of her advice. I like how wound up you are over absolutely nothing. Your comments are the ones I actually will ignore. TL;DR
-
I know. It was just an example of overweight people losing weight rapidly. I'm overweight as well. But I just said I wouldn't eat 1000 calories anymore. I'm going to be eating 1800. So I'm not starving myself.
-
Thank you mama! I will I'm tracking this and I will post in the community. :) Challenge accepted! :)
-
The people on the biggest loser lose weight rapidly because they're overweight. So I don't know why some people have a problem with me trying to lose 20 pounds in a month. It's not like I'm trying to lose 25-35. That's ridiculous. But maybe it's possible. Who knows? Everyone's body reacts differently.
