My first MFP running challenge! I'm going to aim for 20. :smile: I have no upcoming races, but I have a military PT/fitness test to pass in November...so that is my motivation this month!

09/22: 177.4 lbs No change. I'm not as upset as I'd normally be because I know I'm doing my best and that is all I can ask of myself. And at least I didn't gain any weight, so that's positive :smile:
