I drink a lot of water I've been drinking around 137 ounces of water a day for about 2 months now. I've never really liked oatmeal but I will give it a try

Thanks you too. According to my height and age I should be 180lbs but I don't think that's possible cause at 287 lbs I don't look like it. I think I would look sickly at 180 lbs

Cool, tomorrow makes a week on MFP and I'm absolutely loving it. I really think this time is different. I wish I found this site earlier but then I had not really wanted to change. So I wouldn't have stuck with it.
